Kit Homes with Character

Oz Kit Homes has an extensive range of styles and designs to suit almost any site, particularly sloping land.

Our kit homes have been built to suit a variety of situations – mostly by owner-builders as holiday and residential homes, as first homes and by investors for rentals, even builders for re-sale. For something different, Ozkit has just released a pavilion range of homes, providing total design flexibility.

Almost every Oz kit home is modified to suit the needs of the clients. Some are modified only slightly, while others are quite extensively redesigned. The only price change for modifications is when more or fewer materials are supplied.

Oz Kit Homes is family-operated and, after more than 10 years in business, still offers a high level of personalised service. It prides itself on providing complete kit homes, including engineer’s floor systems specifically for the owner-builder.

Ozkit’s unique steel subfloor system comes as a complete engineered package including all fixings for assembly, with steel bearers and joists and complete timber decks all in hardwood milled at Ozkit’s own hardwood milling facility, which makes all its homes comply with level three bushfire requirements for timber decks. Some Oz Kit homes are supplied for construction on steel slabs.

Oz Kit Homes is a family owned and operated business offering a complete service from design stage, where we assist with variations and designs to suit your block, its aspect and your lifestyle needs.

For council submission, we supply plans and specifications, with engineering details available if required.

Our unique steel sub-floor system can be designed to suit all of our homes and customised to suit your land, or alternatively you can choose to construct on a concrete slab.

During construction, we offer our customers a free advice service from qualified tradesmen. Check out our range of 3 bedroom, 4 bedroom, and 5 bedroom kit homes today.
