Building Manuals

• Numbered frame diagram in accordance with plans
• Truss & verandah diagrams (including spacings)
• Roof layout (including spacings)
• Gang nail instruction book (where applicable)
• Cladding manual. Steel Framing Installation & Technical Manual (where applicable)

Frames & Trusses

• Pre-assembled external & internal wall frames
• H2 Treated KILN DRIED RADIATA PINE - structural grade (OR BLUESCOPE STEEL at extra cost)
• Engineered roof trusses or rafters when on plan.
• Varying pitch 20 to 30 degrees depending on range of home
• 8 foot (2.4M) ceilings standard on all homes.
• 9 foot 2.7,3.0 and 3.3 metre ceiling available on all designs at extra cost. Contact our office for more details.
• 22.5 degree roof pitch standard for all trussed roofs.
• Up to 30 degree roof pitch available at extra cost on all designs.

• SPECIAL ORDERS are available at extra cost

Entry Door:

• All designs - Hume's Vaucluse (8 designs to choose).
• The entire range of Hume's doors and entry sets are available as upgrades to all designs at extra cost, contact our office for more details.

Accessories:

• Entry Locks & hinges for exterior doors
• Double rebated door jambs for exterior doors
• Hardwood step tread (when our floor kit is supplied)

Cladding:

Prima Plank (fibre cement boards) - smooth or woodgrain
CSR boards - smooth or woodgrain
Weathertex weatherboards - smooth, ruff-x or ruff-sawn
Other architectural claddings including CSR Cemintel, Weathertex profiles & Colorbond are available at extra cost.

Brick-Veneer finish is available on all designsat an extra cost.

Accessories:

Guaranteed Bluescope Steel (choice of 20 colours)
