Stage 23 - Checking of overall size of floor prior to marking up for frames

It may seem unnecessary, but rechecking the overall size of the floor prior to erecting the wall frames is important. The frames are made to plan and so long as your house kit floor is installed correctly and to size then we are ready to go and the wall frames will fit without adjustment.
