Stage 22 - Completing the floor

Flooring is now nearly complete. Any overhanging pieces are trimmed to exact size. Your Kits homes floor system is now fully installed with the exception of the front and rear decks.

For this kit home we will stand the wall frames next followed by the front and rear decks and the roof rafters with exposed fire retardant hardwood to all eve areas. This will comply with the level 3 bush fire zone as required by Great Lakes Shire Council for this site.
