Ozkit Homes is a wholly Australian owned family company. During the past 10 years we have supplied hundreds of kit homes to people for a variety of purposes, such as holiday and retirement homes, first home owners/builders, investors for rental, even builders for re-sale.

Many of our kit homes are modified to suit the individual need of our customers, as well as tailored to take advantage of specific sites, views and aspects. The kit homes shown on this site are just a small sample of the many kit homes we have available.

Ozkit Homes is well known for its unique steel sub-floor system which can be designed to suit all of its kit homes or customised to suit your land. Frames and trusses can be supplied in either timber or steel. With steel frames and trusses, we use the “Supaloc” system exclusively.

During construction, Ozkit Homes offers a free advisory service and, for the less inclined, a build-to-lock-up service is available (in selected areas) from contractors familiar with Ozkit homes and our floor systems.

Our factory enables us to manufacture all our own frame and truss requirements as well as store homes awaiting delivery.

For your protection, Ozkit Homes are licensed MI-TEK fabricators. We are fully licensed with the Department of Fair Trading (License No. 76362C - Fakini Pty. Ltd.), and members of the Housing Industry Association No. 810838.
