The following is a photo sequence of the entire construction of a new Oz Kit Home. The model chosen is a variation of our Scotts Head range and is one of the complete steel homes in our range. The photos and text will show our complete supply range including steel piers, steel bearers and joists, steel frames and trusses. In the case of this construction the steel rafters have hardwood extensions which comply with the level 3 bushfire rating of the block. This hardwood is an Australian species and fire retardant as required by our local council.
