On this site you will find a comprehensive guide to our wide range of homes. Our homes come in a variety of 3, 4 and 5 bedroom single and two story designs.
Included in the price of our kits are full plans and specifications ready for lodgment with your local council. As you browse our designs you will find artist's impressions of the completed homes, detailed floor plans and inclusions lists specific to each kit.
Our kits are available in both steel and timber frames and are fully customisable to your own personal specifications. Our homes can be built on a wide range of blocks including sloping land. During construction, Ozkit Homes offers a free advisory service and, for the less inclined, a build-to-lock-up service is available (in selected areas) from contractors familiar with Ozkit homes and our floor systems.
